Directions

Tea: Steep ¼ - ½ teaspoon of cayenne pepper powder in 1 cup of boiled water. 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional Vitamin C) and 1 teaspoon honey (optional sweetener). Stir well and drink it while it’s warm. Have 1-2 cups per day.

To aid digestion, drink in the morning or before meals.
