Returns & Exchange Policy

1. No Cash Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds on returned items.

All approved returns will be processed as store credit to be used for future purchases.


2. Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

2.1. The product is unused and in original condition, and the packaging is intact and undamaged.

2.2. All accessories, manuals, and original labels must be included.

If these conditions are met, we will arrange for collection of the item at no additional cost.


3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

3.1. Your order number

3.2. A brief explanation of the issue

3.3. Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once approved, we will schedule a courier collection from your address.


4. Damaged or Used Goods

Items that are used, damaged, or missing packaging do not qualify for exchange or store credit.
