Thyme

Thymus Vulgaris

R 46.54

Thyme is known for its carminative, antimicrobial, antiviral, antispasmodic, expectorant, astringent, anthelmintic, and immune-boosting properties.

Thyme supports oral health by alleviating gingivitis, sore gums, and bad breath, while aiding digestion through relief of dyspepsia, digestive infections, and sluggishness. Its gentle astringency benefits childhood diarrhea and bedwetting. Thyme soothes respiratory issues such as coughs, asthma, bronchitis, and phlegm, and may alleviate allergic rhinitis and hay fever. It also promotes white blood cell production to enhance infection resistance.
