Directions

Hot tea: Leaves and pods: Steep 3-6 pods in hot water for 5-10 min. Strain and drink once per day. Limit to 1-3 nights max or 5-7 nights.

Warnings

Consult a medical practitioner before use. Do not use for longer than 10 days. Habitual use will cause lazy bowel syndrome. Do not use if pregnant or lactating.
