Directions

Tea: Take ½ - 1 teaspoon of herb with 1 cup of water. Bring to the boil and simmer gently for 10–15 min. Strain and drink before bed (not 2–3 consecutive days) and/or before meals.

Warnings

Consult a medical practitioner before use. Do not use if pregnant or lactating. On diabetic, blood pressure, or blood thinner medication.

Children under 12. Caution may reduce the absorption time of orally administered drugs. May deplete potassium supplies.

Long-term use: May cause intestinal lining irritation or liver damage.

Side effects: Cramping, diarrhea, nausea, dehydration, and electrolyte imbalance.
